Eight year old Ashton was telling me all about his girlfriend last night. One of the things he mentioned was that even though he hadn't told her he liked her, she knew it anyway, but she liked Devon (his nine year old brother). I finally asked what her name was. He paused a minute, then said, "Hey Devon, what's my girlfriend's name again?"

LOL about forgetting the name of his girlfriend!! Too cute! How interesting with the broom, for three hours, that's pretty impressive! I'll have to try it sometime when the planets might be in alignment again! Hope you had a great day!

ReplyDeleteI might try the broom trick assuming I can find a broom anywhere around here. I never really liked Roseanne, but I did like her joke that she would vacuum when Sears made a riding model. I bet Roscoe really loves the vacuum...
ReplyDeleteLOL re: the grandson! Although.....I think this same memory lapse sow up when they turn into husbands. It just morphs into things like where things they use every day is kept. Like bowls or socks or spare toilet paper. Really. Those things have been in the same spot for 30 years and they don't remember that? sigh.
ReplyDeleteGravity. :o! Tell me when that will work, I must do it for the grandkids!!!
