Six Word Saturday

I can't believe it's
December
already!!

Time is just whizzing by!

What happened to the days when it seemed like
Christmas took 3 years to come around again?!

I'm joining Cate's Six Word Saturday today, where you describe your life (or something) in a phrase using only six words.   I cheat every time and more than six words.   I guess it's good I don't play along often, yes?

  1. Yep, this year has seemed to sprint by.

  2. So true. The older I get, the faster the years go by.

  3. It's mathematical:

When you're you're only two years old, you have to wait half (ie 50%) a lifetime (ie 1 yr) for Christmas to roll around again. But when you're (like me) 51, one year is only 2% of your lifespan.

I'm happy I could clear this up for you, kid.

  4. I can't even blame it on working. I like the math answer to your question.

  5. It does seem to come faster each and every year!

I hope to treasure everything about Christmas this year!

But, my problem is that the weather is so nice, it doesn't seem like Christmas is around the corner...and I just want to put things off and enjoy getting out and about to play! Ha! I don't want to pull out the decorations, or sit and do Christmas Cards. Cold and dreary weather makes me want to do those kinds of things, and to sit by the fireplace! (:>)

Hope you will have a Happy Saturday!

  6. good to see you doing one of these!! So true, I too can't believe it is December already!! This year has flown faster than any year ever and it is interesting because you talk to people in different age groups and they say the same thing.

    have a great weekend!

  7. You've got a long way to go to catch me up- I cheat big time! Guess I'll have to start making a list and pretend it's coming before it's already gone. Merry Christmas to you, in case you don't come back...

  9. Ack. I know, BR! My personal calendar is telling me that it will soon be November. :} Yeah. Running a little behind here.

By the way, my blogger follower gadget dropped everyone's face off of itself when I redid my blog. I have no idea why; I didn't change the URL. If you're not getting my feed, just click on my name and re-follow.
