Over before you know it in my experience. Now I'm on a see-food diet. When I see food I eat it.
All I can say is yikes! ☺

I like the see-food diet myself. I am supposed to lose ten pounds. I am going to try walking more instead of cutting calories.

Intriguing, to say the least. I eat anything that I like, but not EVERYTHING. Sort of a 'fool the body" approach. Eating with your eyes shut helps, too.
